This is our own unique recipe - we use Halen Mon seasalt and fresh cream. The little black flecks you can see in the first picture are flecks of vanilla as we use real vanilla pods and the taste is divine.
With a little bit of blue on top to represent the seasalt. The blue colour is suitable for vegetarians
